I work in field marketing, out in stores and communities, listening more than I sell. I turn what people tell me into insights that teams can act on.
Started with one simple goal.
I've worked different jobs since I was young. Each one taught me something I didn't learn in a classroom: responsibility, discipline, how to talk to people and how to keep going. I supported my own education along the way, and my goal was simple. I wanted to finish school and earn my diploma.
I only set out to finish school. Graduating cum laude was a surprise, and what I'm proudest of is who I became along the way.
That same discipline carried me into the work I do now, and it is what I bring to everything I take on next.
Work experience

Marketing Management, Field Marketing
Visit stores and communities to promote Lakiwin, assist with registrations, gather feedback, and prepare marketing reports from field observations and interviews.
What I learned: How to adapt on the spot when a plan falls through, and how to listen. Understanding what people need is more useful than trying to convince them.
Bank Teller
Handled transactions and everyday banking needs for a steady stream of customers, in an environment with no room for shortcuts.
What I learned: Precision under pressure, and how to stay composed and professional when a line is long and someone is frustrated.
Billing and Claims Department (OJT)
Handled billing and claims in a hospital, where accuracy matters to people's lives and not just to numbers.
What I learned: Attention to detail and responsibility. One mistake in this work is never small.

Still learning, moving forward
I'm sharpening my marketing, communication and reporting skills, especially understanding customer behavior and turning field experience into insight people can act on. I also use AI tools like ChatGPT and Claude to write, organize ideas and brainstorm.
I want to keep growing: more confident, more disciplined, more capable of handling what comes next. I want to build a stable life and use AI and technology meaningfully, because I believe they can open doors I haven't found yet.
Most of all, I want to keep moving forward without forgetting how I started.
